The 8th Floor at One Great Cumberland Place offers the customers of the building the opportunity to enjoy a unique space for work and socialising, beyond the usual office building amenity.
The Orchard is a private clubspace reserved principally for the customers (and their guests) of One Great Cumberland Place and commercial customers of The Portman Estate.
The Orchard can be used by customers to support hyprid work strategies, boost productivity or just as an employee perk. It’s a benefit which gives everybody the perfect reason to return to the office and supports modern hybrid work strategies.
Without the constraints of the traditional office environment, members can meet, collaborate, ideate, network, and socialise with peers from within their organisation and beyond.
Meeting rooms and the event space can be booked (for an additional fee).
A friendly reception team will welcome you to The Orchard where you can enjoy a range of meeting, board and flexible mission rooms. All meeting rooms contain top of the range audio visual equipment and you can order a range of additional services including food and beverage.
We have a number of event layouts at The Orchard including;
In addition, the entire floor can also be booked for events on the weekends and can accommodate up to 110 people.
Our onsite events team are ready to create your perfect event include all catering and other on site requirements.
